Synopsis
Now it's our turn.
By following ten simple rules, 20-somethings Vince and Cameron spice up their relationship by sleeping around. But when their straitlaced friends get engaged, their relationship gets turned upside down. To put the rules to the test, they will go on the road to the Hamptons to crash the biggest party of the year where love triangles collide and off-the-wall mayhem ensues.

Another dodgy chick flick my girlfriend found on YouTube. This was a Romantic Comedy screwball farce that was so bad I actually started enjoying it ironically.
It follows two couples; one with an open relationship, one without but they're all best friends and share a business.
It then builds up layers of misunderstandings and raises a few chuckles (some of them intentional) but mostly I was laughing at it rather than with it.
The English subtitles transcribed by someone who doesn't speak English also helped keep me amused.
This is bad - and yet not the worst RomCom I've had to watch... 3/10.

Great for watching with friends while laughing at it together and throwing back some beers. Otherwise, while there were a few legitimate laughs, avoid pressing play when scrolling through Netflix.

Review by Travis Lytle ★★
A charmless attempt at a raunch-com that never really works despite a certain go-for-broke energy, "10 Rules for Sleeping Around" is dismissable entertainment. Unfocused and loud, the film may try hard to please but lacks the vigor or charisma to do so.
Revolving around a collection of couples whose so-called separate trip to the Hamptons results in tests of fidelity and faithlessness, "10 Rules for Sleeping Around" sees the pieces of those couples engaging in sexual shenanigans that generate little heat. The same could be said for the production whose polished, low-rent sensibilities rarely give way to anything enjoyable. It is all rather colorful but also rather flat both in terms of the comedy and the aesthetic.
"10 Rules for Sleeping Around" offers little zip beyond its suggestive title. Only marginally amusing, the film never finds its comedic pulse and never heats up above luke warm

Review by Kevin Cormier ★★
Comedy about friends and business partners one of whom is married but has come up with a set of rules he and his wife agreed to so that fooling around is allowed until he discovers that it goes both ways. Cue misunderstandings hurt feelings and chaos at the Hamptons house that they all converge on for an important business opportunity.
Funny and sexy at times, but mostly clunky and improbable.
Not too bad but this is missing the heart it needs to make you care. -

Why did I expect anything from this. But Hollywood, PLEASE, cast Bryan Callen in everything.

Saw this essentially by accident and my life is worse for it. It's astonishing that in this day and age, a movie this bad can still be greenlit.

I don't like how every film has to have sex in nowadays, it's not proving anything at all, especially in this film, it really is not proving fuck all. It was just terrible to sit through and it was not even funny.

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Everyone has That Movie you've watched for your fave. Y'know, THAT movie. For me, the actors are Michael McKean and Wendi McLendon Covey. The film? This one.
Y'know, the one where my favorite actor since I was three plays a character who has sex with a dog.
The movie's about a bunch of 20-somethings who test the boundaries of their relationships by going to a no-holds-barred orgy held by McKean's character. There's barely anything to recommend it. A laugh here and there is very much not worth it.
It's also worth noting that I've played this baby for two roomfulls of Laverne and Shirley fans and they have all fled in horror.
